Businesses can list themselves in the website and can get reviews. Consumers review the businesses based on their buying or service consumption experiences which in turn can be used by prospective consumers to make decisions related to specific products and services of a specific business. Higher consumer rating means greater consumer satisfaction. While lower consumer ratings mean room for improvements. Businesses with lower consumer ratings can work on their weaker areas and make improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Consumer speech is protected under the law, even when it's negative. Online reviewers are within their rights to express their opinions about products and services available in the market.

How to list your business??

You need to sign up to list your business. Once you sign up, you will need to register your business. Once registered, your business will be published online within one to 7 business days after it gets reviewed by an admin.

Can you list more than one business?

Yes, you can list as many businesses as you like. You should be able to mange all your listed businesses in your profile page.

How to write a review?

You can search the business you want to review by its name or by a combination of keyword/s and the location, select the business, click on “write a review”, and provide the review contents.

How to advertise and how it works?

You can advertise your businesses by contacting us either by phone or by e-mail. Multiple advertising options are available and are copied below.

You choose the advertising option that fits your budget and need. Advertised/Sponsored content will be displayed on top of search results and will be targeted to appropriate users. However, reviews and ratings of your businesses will not be impacted whether you sponsor or not. Please keep in mind that sponsoring/advertising does not mean improving rating of business or editing/deleting negative reviews.

How ratings are calculated and what it means to your business?

Ratings are generally calculated from feedbacks from customers of your businesses. Our algorithm calculates a rating on a scale of 1 to 5 based on consumer feedbacks on different business variables like price, product variety, customer service, cleanliness, quality of service, etc. Higher rating means better customer satisfaction and tends to attract more customers. Lower score does not necessarily mean a bad business. It just means there are rooms for improvements. You can improve your business rating by improving customer satisfaction. Review the customer reviews of your business and strive to improve areas where customers complained the most. It could be your price, cleanliness, product variety and so on.

How to make your business profiles appealing to users?

Add relevant information about your business, products, and prices. Be very specific and accurate about your services and products. Consumers who see high quality images of your business, products, services, team, facility ambience, etc. are likely to inquire. Thus, its very crucial that you upload high quality images related to your business and its products and services.

How do you report a suspected business or a review?

If you suspect or come across a fake business listing or a fake review, then you should report such business listing or review. You should also report a business if you know that the business is paying for positive reviews. You can report a review or a business by clicking on “report” or by contacting us and an appropriate action will be taken upon investigating the issue by a dedicated internal investigation team. We highly discourage posting fake business listing, reviews or any sort of activities in our website. We may terminate services, without prior notice, to any user who is found guilty for deliberately providing false information, harming other users or members of our website or community.

Your actions related with communications, resulted from use of services offered by Bpazes, could also be tracked.
Transactions: We may collect and store information you provide to us in regards to your transactions in order to process and facilitate your transactions. We may share this information to third parties and vice versa to process and facilitate your transactions. Any sensitive information related to electronic payment methods are encrypted.
Activity: We may store information about your use of services, such as your search activity, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, purchases, or transactions you make through the services. We may store information including but not limited to your search activity and details of your activity such as pages you view, date and time stamp of your visit. We do not intended to serve children under 13 without parental consent. Please contact us If you are aware that a child has provided us with personal information. We will remove information tied to such children.

Information you provide to us through our services may be transferred, processed and stored outside of the country of your data’s origin.
